Overview
We're seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE implementation to lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation
- Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Project Delivery
- Strong experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and product requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value.
- Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, QA teams, and Business stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time delivery of sprint commitments and release milestones.
- Track project KPIs, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
