- Handle customer queries and communications over phone, email, and chat
Requirements & Eligibility
- Freshers are eligible
- Only for recent passed Non-Btech graduates (BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA & LLB candidates are not eligible)
- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in computer operating systems, MS Office applications (Word), typing speed (at least 40 wpm), and basic computer knowledge
- Strong understanding of spoken English grammar rules and ability to communicate clearly over the phone/email/chat
