This position will primarily support Supply Chain groups in sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations. Supports Supply Chain groups business needs.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, but preferably accounting background
• Thorough knowledge of PC application skills, including Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook, HaLO Ticketing application and database products such as PowerBI
• Previous experience with an ERP system a plus, preferably Oracle
• Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and project management skills
• Having the ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quickly

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee set up
• Help processing tickets received in SolveIT
• Create new Items, Edit Items, Edit locators, Edit Min/Max
• Create new BPA, edit BPA
• Create ATF POs
• Receiving ATF and Service POs
• Add internal source configurations
• Maintain and improve the item catalog for procurement and inventory management
