Education Business Lead
Overview
This role serves as the single point of accountability for the Education business in the country, responsible for order budget, P&L, and driving business results through alignment with internal stakeholders like Pre Sales, GreenLake, and A&PS.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum of 8-years’ experience within the education / training business.
- Ability to execute long-term strategies while adapting to short-term changes in the market.
- Customer-centric focus with a track record of overachieving on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in running or supporting a P&L, ensuring financial objectives such as orders, revenue, margin, and profitability are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the Country Education business, driving development, growth, and management.
- Align with internal and external stakeholders to position Education as an integral part of HPE’s overall solutions.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives such as Support & Technology Attach, GreenLake/aaS, and A&PS solution integration.
- Develop key strategic accounts to build a recurring revenue stream from the training business.
- Oversee complex, large-scale solutions, ensuring close alignment with Portfolio and Delivery teams.
- Work closely with Delivery & Portfolio to ensure that solutions are deployable and meet customer requirements.
