Senior Software Engineer
Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer for GI, you will build an understanding for the 60M+ Americans afflicted by this health condition, ensure that Hinge Health builds a comprehensive end-to-end experience to treat them, run rapid experiments, and launch a brand new digital care product for GI.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- A minimum of 3 + years of non-internship full time professional software development experience
- 4+ years of experience with at least one software programming language
- 4+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
- Experience delivering large software projects or features in a production environment
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the GI product line from scratch
- Deliver at least 1 large project that introduces new product capabilities
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks, ensuring steady and predictable delivery
- Implement key functionalities of the new GI product delivering high-quality, bug-free, high-performance software on a tight schedule
- Implement engineering best practices such CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, or client performance
- Mentor and support junior engineers, providing thoughtful code reviews and real-time pairing
