Inventory Management Lead
Overview
The Inventory Management Lead will play a vital role in ensuring effective inventory control and data accuracy across global operations. By collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, this role will focus on minimizing excess inventory, standardizing processes, and improving data integrity within the organization.

The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in supply chain management, transport, trade, logistics, procurement or a related operational environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed or global organizations.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems is desirable.
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the GA SCM TT&L strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with GA Hubs and Global Product Groups to consolidate volume data and validate GA TT&L budget forecasts.
- Act as the key liaison with the TT&L Center of Expertise (CoE).
- Monitor TT&L CoE service-level performance and drive corrective actions.
- Track GA SCM TT&L initiatives in close alignment with the TT&L CoE.
- Drive standardization, process harmonization and supplier consolidation across GA Hubs and GPGs.
