Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory and people management experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Sound understanding and practical application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a valid Singapore forklift operating licence/certification issued by a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) accredited training provider.
• Trained and certified in bizSAFE Level 2 Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure all functions within warehouse operations are executed in compliance with ISO9001 requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Enforce workplace safety and health regulations, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean workspace.
