Senior Project Manager leads the execution of projects and ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector.
• Skilled in navigating complex contractual setups with clients and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities.
• Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Controlling the project, defines project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
• Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures all required services, materials and equipment.
• Coordinates with Construction & Commissioning, and successfully deliver all construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
