Requirements & Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science/IT or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RMS, IoT or remote-monitoring integration, preferably including Solar PV and DISCOM or utility projects
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in integrating IoT devices through RMS with centralized cloud platforms for data logging, remote troubleshooting and real-time control where approved
- Facilitate integration of RMS with State Solar Energy Data Management platforms and national portals
- Design, configure, integrate and test RMS/SCADA components and interfaces
- Monitor real-time data availability, device connectivity, communication latency, alarms, events and data quality
- Coordinate with DISCOMs/SIAs, EPC contractors, RMS/SCADA vendors, meter vendors, communication-service providers and SEDM teams
- Diagnose and resolve device, protocol, gateway, communication, server and data-integration issues
