As an Agentic Software Engineer reporting directly to the Chief AI Officer, you'll rapidly enhance and modernize products across the entire portfolio, bringing them into the AI-enabled future.

Key Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing products, from working prototype to production release in days and weeks
- Modernize our established products, front-end and the services behind them, to drive new sales and customer retention
- Extend our products with AI-native capabilities such as MCP servers
- Establish the AI-SDLC workflows, test harnesses, and review steps that hold quality steady at agentic pace
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong fundamentals and ability to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
- 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in at least one agentic coding tool (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot)
- Comfortable working up and down the stack
- Energized by working across teams to share and learn best practices, particularly with GenAI and coding agents
