Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Significant experience of customer relationship management
- Financially proficient to a good level
- High level of business acumen
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels
- Some people management and leadership experience
- Must have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and revenue/margin growth
- Develop bid strategies for new and renewals of contracted business
- Contribute to Annual Operating Process and provide accurate business forecasts
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements
- Monitor sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels
- Conduct interviews, hire and train on-site personnel
- Develop key performance indicators for Contract Compliance
