As a DevOps Engineer within the Shared Tech team, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical platforms. You will leverage modern DevOps practices to drive automation, improve operational resilience, and enable engineering teams to deliver solutions efficiently and securely in a cross-functional, global environment.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments
• Solid experience with Shell Scripting and process automation
• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analysis
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and release management practices
• Experience supporting and maintaining production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable platform solutions
• Build and enhance automation capabilities across infrastructure and operational processes
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Create and optimize scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot system and application issues within Linux environments
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
