Production Supervisor
Overview
The Production Supervisor will lead safe, efficient, and reliable 24/7 Starch and Sweetener operations at the Sikhiu Plant, managing shifts, workforce, budget, quality control, and raw-material handling while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing or a related industry
- Strong understanding of EHS compliance, GMP, HACCP, and quality-management systems
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Good spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 24/7 Starch and Sweetener operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production performance
- Drive production KPIs through tier meetings, RCA, and FCA
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and GHPs
- Identify and report safety, environmental, and food-safety risks
- Partner with QA, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and GTM teams
- Lead, coach, and motivate production employees through training and performance reviews
