Overview
Assist with research, portfolio management, investment and financial analysis for Invesco Real Estate as an intern over a 3 month period.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Prior internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting, or broader financial services is preferred.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to March 2027.
- Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and basic portfolio concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management.
- Support preparation of presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews.
- Assist with fundraising, product development, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Participate in special projects relating to ESG, data analytics, and market opportunities.
- Assist in monitoring portfolio performance across APAC investments.
- Support quarterly portfolio reporting, AUM analysis, and investor reporting processes.
- Help track key asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure.
- Assist with financial modelling and investment underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments.
