The Staff Systems Test Engineer will be responsible for validating end-to-end product functionality, system integrations, and solution quality across software and hardware environments, leveraging test automation and AI-assisted testing tools.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in software testing, systems testing, quality engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Web Applications, Computer Systems, Networks, and Databases.
• Programming skills in C# or another modern programming language.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP/OOPS) principles and design concepts.
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end system and product functionality, architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and detailed test cases.
• Execute manual and automated testing across functional, integration, regression, and system-level test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation frameworks.
• Utilize AI-based testing tools to support test case generation and defect prediction.
• Analyze and document test outcomes with clear, actionable findings.
• Identify, log, track, and communicate defects while collaborating with developers.
• Review, optimize, and maintain automated test suites and validation frameworks.
