Requirements & Eligibility
- 大专或以上学历，五年以上相关工作经验
- 熟练的英语听、说、读、写技能
- 具备医疗产品相关制造技术，有后制程工艺方面的专业知识
- 熟悉ISO质量管理和法规要求，比如：ISO 13485, EUMDR，FDA 21CFR
- 良好的人际关系及协调、组织能力
- 良好的沟通技能
- 工作主动，执行力强
Key Responsibilities
- 配合工程部进行装配新产品的报价
- 负责装配新产品的导入，确定装配的工艺流程、工装夹具申请、机器设备需求计划及跟进落实
- 确定装配的工艺参数及制定工艺指导书、排拉人数的制定、产能评估与产线规划，制程验证支持
- 跟踪产品试装配情况，对试产过程中的问题进行总结、反馈并跟踪解决
- 量产产品标准工时的测定与定期研究，工位平衡，完成生产效率报告
- 日常生产问题的跟进，来料异常、品质问题等，保证生产顺利进行
- 对产线进行产品工艺要求及WI的培训
- 生产现场巡查，对生产现场工装夹具、设备、人员动作、物料与参数设定等进行检查
