Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline required
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse automation engineering, system integration, software controls, or digital twin development
• Demonstrated experience developing, testing, and validating preventative maintenance plans and emergency safety protocols for automated equipment
• Proven track record of managing software and engineering change controls in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Experience defining system-level test plans and driving data-driven continuous improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, analyzing, modifying, and integrating advanced robotics, automated material handling technologies, and digital twin simulations to optimize warehouse operations
• Overseeing warehouse equipment and software integration, developing preventative maintenance strategies and implementing rapid interim solutions for system disruptions or safety risks
• Acting as a technical lead, driving system reliability improvements, enforcing configuration controls, and ensuring complex software-hardware interfaces operate in accordance with standard operating procedures
