Role Overview
As a Staff Forward Deployment Engineer, you are a hands-on software engineer who leads customer engagements from a technical pod while remaining deeply involved in design and implementation. You will own the technical success of customer deployments built on JazzX’s platform, combining deep technical execution with customer-facing ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements as the technical owner for a delivery pod.
- Design and implement production-grade enterprise systems using JazzX’s platform.
- Apply GenAI and LLM-based capabilities (e.g., RAG, agent workflows) as part of scalable, reliable solutions.
- Partner with product, platform, and research teams across the full solution lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for customer deployments.
- Influence platform evolution by feeding real-world learnings back into reusable components and patterns.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in hands-on software engineering, writing and reviewing production-quality code across backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers
- Strong understanding of LLM behavior, capabilities, and limitations to design reliable, production-ready systems
- Ability to design and build robust integrations with multiple third-party systems using RESTful APIs, event-driven interfaces, and data pipelines
- Experience in building and orchestrating agentic workflows and applying GenAI and LLM-based capabilities
