Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst with prior knowledge in Reconciliation and GL Accounting to join our Finance & Accounting (F&A) team to be responsible for reconciling financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of quality
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions, including bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
- Investigate discrepancies and variances, ensuring timely resolution and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain reconciliation reports and documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding reconciliation issues
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting degree
- Min 1-5 yrs of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting or related roles
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation tools, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
