As an HR Benefits Specialist, you will focus on administering and supporting employee benefit programs with accuracy, consistency, and care. You will partner closely with employees, HR colleagues, and external vendors to ensure benefit programs are delivered as designed.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience in a Human Resources, benefits, or total rewards related role
• Hands on experience administering employee benefits or supporting benefits related transactions
• Experience using HR systems or case management tools to manage employee requests
• Ability to interpret and apply benefits policies, procedures, and eligibility rules
• Strong attention to detail when managing employee data and benefit records
• Ability to work with confidential employee information in a compliant and professional manner
• English fluent, portuguese native and spanish fluent.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including enrollment, life events, and ongoing eligibility changes
• Respond to employee inquiries about benefits policies, programs, and procedures with clear and accurate guidance
• Process benefits related transactions in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with external benefits vendors and internal HR partners to resolve issues and exceptions
• Support open enrollment activities, including communications, system readiness, and issue resolution
• Monitor benefit cases and requests through ticket or case management tools to ensure timely closure
• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles related to benefits processes and employee guidance
• Identify recurring issues or trends and share insights to support process improvements
