Our Operations Team in Ghent is looking for a passionate CAR-T Operations Junior Expert to perform CAR-T process activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborate with various teams, contribute to process optimizations, and maintain GMP production areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CAR-T process activities including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation
- Closely follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records to ensure quality and safety
- Work closely with various teams and departments to complete production tasks according to a shift schedule
- Contribute to process optimizations and efficiency improvements
- Maintain GMP production areas, focusing on equipment cleanliness and environmental monitoring
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least a bachelor's degree in sciences, (bio)engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or another related field of study or equivalent through experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Fluent in Dutch or English, with strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work across various shifts starting from 6AM and ending by 2AM as well as night shifts
