Role Overview
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to help build and manage the accounting function. Responsible for month-end close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), revenue share calculations, payroll, audit readiness and taxes.

Key Responsibilities
- Close & Reporting: Own the monthly close and maintain US GAAP books; prepare and deliver the monthly financial reporting package to management.
- Accounts Payable: Oversee the AP function — ensure vendor payments, reimbursements, and card transactions are coded and processed on time in Ramp.
- Accounts Receivable & Revenue: Oversee billing, collections, and cash application; own revenue recognition under ASC 606, including revenue-share calculations.
- Lease Accounting: Maintain lease schedules and ensure compliance with ASC 842, including proper classification, measurement, and reporting.
- Payroll: Partner with HR on payroll processing and commission calculations; review payroll for accuracy.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 5-8+ years relevant experience including team leadership.
- CPA preferred; BS/BA in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong US GAAP/ASC 606 expertise; hands-on rev rec or contract cost experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and bill/payroll tools; ERP experience preferred.
