We are hiring for Technical Support Associate roles for freshers to handle Windows/MS Office Troubleshooting and Chat/Email/Voice support.
Requirements & Eligibility
- B.E/B.Tech/BCA (Technical)
- Batch of 2022–2026 / Freshers Only
- Mandatory: 2 Months Training at Mysore Campus – Candidates must be willing to relocate
- Excellent English Communication + Good Typing Skills Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Windows/MS Office Troubleshooting
- Provide support via Chat, Email, and Voice
- Work in 24x7 rotational shifts
