Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 2-5 years management experience
- 5-10 years industry experience
- Strong Knowledge of financial services industry and/or regulations
- Demonstrated passion for providing client centric solutions
- Demonstrated leadership ability and presence
- Ability to develop partnerships and gain consensus
- Ability to manage and implement complex projects
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day strategic leadership of all functions within operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Actively review business metrics and results
- Actively review and implement workflow process improvements
- Develop and growth management pool
- Lead department and enterprise level projects and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Partner with other Operations Team members to implement changes and to ensure a positive client experience
