Overview
The role will be supporting our global Procurement team in analyzing gaps in data, system integration, and operational process; and in documenting and improving data governance framework.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 6 years or above in risk management, operations, reporting, business analysis related work is necessary
- Fluent English communication is a must
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Advanced excel skills are a must, strong knowledge of common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio) is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and enforce data governance standards, policies, and controls across the S2P platform and key procurement data domains.
- Act as data steward for procurement data — define and document data definitions, ownership, business rules, and lineage.
- Design, implement, and monitor data quality controls.
- Support master data management (MDM) processes to ensure a single, trusted source of procurement master data.
- Embed data privacy, security classification, retention, and regulatory/compliance requirements into data capture and maintenance processes.
- Maintain metadata and data lineage documentation from source systems through Ivalua to downstream reporting and analytics platforms.
- Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and Risk/Compliance teams on data governance frameworks.
