We are looking for an Executive Compensation Consultant to join the team in London to provide high-quality, tailored, and independent consulting advice on remuneration.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 4+ years of experience in executive remuneration / executive compensation (consulting preferred)
• Professional qualifications and experience from accounting, legal, tax or actuarial backgrounds are also relevant
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven analytical and technical skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret data, tell compelling stories, and solve complex problems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables to prepare for Remuneration Committee or Executive Committee meetings
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and to build trusted advisor relationships
• Draft and review reports and analysis
• Support the design of solutions, including incentive plans, remuneration policy reviews, and strategies in the context of IPOs or M&A activity
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality work while managing project budgets
• Attend and present at client meetings with senior stakeholders
