Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Extensive experience in rewards/payment industry
• Good communication skills
• High energy level and goal oriented
• Proven project management skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the rewards platform product for local issuers
• Work with global rewards product team on product design, development and implementation through global rewards platform
• Become the expert on best practice loyalty and continue to seek out new methods, business models, marketing tactics and technologies to keep at the forefront of the industry
• Make continual recommendations to the business model, ensuring it is relevant and responsive to the Greater China marketplace
• Achievement of budget & program KPI’s/ goals including driving sales and managing margins
