As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm, inviting experience that feels like shopping with your best friend, staying current on fashion trends, educating customers on our products, and inspiring them to try something new.

Founded by third-generation jeweller Noura Sakkijha, the brand was built on a simple idea: fine jewelry shouldn’t require a special occasion, and it should never come with guilt.
Requirements & Eligibility
- An ability to connect with all of our customers in an authentic and warm way
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening
- An ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge
- Is able to think critically and solution in the moment
- An ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
- Great attention to detail, and a highly organized working style
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience
- Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
- Participate as needed the back of house flow to support in-store sales, phone sales or BOPIS
- Support in maintaining organizational integrity of our BOH up to and including display inventory and sellable inventory, packaging, and all supplies
- Support in ensuring that Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality are upheld
