It is the responsibility of the Carpenter to perform predictive maintenance and reactive repairs, including repairing broken or damaged furniture, building custom cabinetry, tables, office space and other furniture as requested.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in a similar environment
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all furniture, cabinetry, rooms, public areas and offices
• Responsible for completion of jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management, maintain logbooks
• Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner
• Fabricate, assemble, and install permanent structures, office partitions, doors, cornices, counters
• Work from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to obtain dimensions and finished specifications
