Role Overview
As the (Senior) Associate, Data Operations & Reporting, you will be embedded within the MoneyMax business unit and serve as direct data support to the Business Analytics (BA) function, building, maintaining, and continuously improving data trackers and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and restructure data trackers for MoneyMax using Google Sheets and BigQuery as core environments
- Serve as direct data support to the Business Analyst (BA), handling ad hoc data requests, tracker-related queries, and analysis tasks
- Create new trackers and analytical tools based on requirements provided by the BAs or Senior Manager
- Gather data from partner reports and input into respective trackers with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage data warehouse hygiene: cleaning data, identifying erroneous/unusual inputs, managing duplicates, and escalating issues to the Senior Manager
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in data management, analytics, or a similar data operations role
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
- Proficient in BigQuery and/or SQL queries
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle pressing timelines without close supervision
- Strong sense of ownership; highly productive and self-driven
