Seeking an Assistant Vice President for Collateral Management to join the London office, playing a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and managing collateral operations across multiple asset classes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• A solid understanding of legal documentation including ISDA CSA, GMRA, GMSLA agreements
• Comprehensive knowledge of trade processing life cycles across derivative swap products
• Sound familiarity with current regulatory frameworks such as Uncleared Margin Rules
• Working experience with REPO and OTC Derivatives products
• Strong grasp of derivative trade level valuations
• Previous use of TriResolve reconciliation platform and Acadiasoft
• Understanding key collateral optimisation initiatives such as Cheapest to Deliver strategies
• Experience handling large data sets coupled with proficiency in data visualisation tools

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily margin exposure across all asset classes including OTC non-cleared and cleared products, Repo, and Securities Borrow Lending
• Ensure all margin bookings are accurately reflected in core systems for agreed settlement
• Resolve cash and non-cash fails promptly to ensure smooth transaction flows
• Utilise Cheapest to Deliver collateral strategies in conjunction with Front Office requirements
• Manage collateral disputes and reconciliation for both Variation Margin and Initial Margin agreements
• Oversee regulatory reporting, controls reporting, and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
• Support SOX compliance and Key Control Testing activities alongside Internal and External Audits
• Perform balance substantiation reconciliation using analytical tools
