Overview
The Product Owner Intern will partner with business stakeholders and an agile delivery team to help define, refine, and communicate product needs, gaining hands-on experience with discovery, requirements elaboration, backlog support, and acceptance testing.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Interest in or coursework/exposure to Agile and Lean product development
- Ability to synthesize written and verbal input into concise, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
- Comfort using approved AI tools to accelerate work
- Strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Support backlog refinement by organizing items, drafting summaries, and helping maintain prioritization
- Draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Gather and analyze requirements using approved AI tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retros
- Support validation and testing by helping plan and track UAT and documenting feedback
