Data analyst is a key role within the Navi central analytics team, which bridges the gap between business teams and data. Their responsibilities would be around creating visibility across business KPIs, essential reports, dashboards for key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
- Use SQL Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions to analyze financial and operational data.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Technology
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst
- Proficiency in data analysis tools Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc)
- Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, has good attention to detail
- Problem Solving skills
