Overview
We're looking for a Senior Director, Sales to lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives while owning commercial strategy, executive relationships, and revenue growth across strategic portfolios.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or programmatic sales.
- 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven success driving enterprise revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new business, and account expansion.
- Established executive relationships across Publicis Groupe and the agency ecosystem.
- Deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, CTV, OLV, Display, PMPs, identity, data, measurement, and AI-enabled advertising.
- Experience navigating complex agency organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and sales performance.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Drive sales excellence across account strategy, pipeline creation, new business acquisition, account expansion, forecasting, and strategic deal execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent while building a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for Publicis Groupe and its agencies, building trusted partnerships across investment, activation, strategy, data, commerce, analytics, and executive leadership.
- Drive enterprise sales opportunities and drive adoption of Nexxen's solutions across Managed Service, PMPs, Self-Serve DSP, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, Display, Native, Data, Identity, Measurement, and AI-powered capabilities.
