The Lead, Business Continuity Management (APAC Location) is responsible for the development, implementation, governance, testing, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, Technology Risk, or Technology Operations.
- Minimum 3-5 years managing continuity programs within a technology organization.
- Experience supporting large-scale global technology environments.
- Experience managing regulatory, audit, and risk management engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the APAC Technology Business Continuity Program.
- Develop and maintain regional technology continuity and resilience strategies aligned with global frameworks.
- Ensure regional BCM practices are aligned with enterprise risk management standards and global technology policies.
- Establish governance forums, metrics, reporting, and executive dashboards for continuity and resilience programs.
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing programs across APAC technology teams.
