The Data Platform Delivery Director is responsible for the delivery and evolution of NXP's One Data Platform and the operating model that connects enterprise Foundation capabilities with business-owned Gold data products.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Equal strength in scaled delivery leadership, enterprise data architecture, product operating models, and influence across organizational boundaries
• Experience managing multiple delivery teams spanning data engineering, platform engineering, data management, product delivery, and platform operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead approximately six Foundation and platform delivery teams of five to six members each, with accountability for capacity, priorities, execution quality, talent development, and delivery outcomes
• Coordinate business-side Gold delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and additional domains through common planning, governance, architecture, and release mechanisms
• Operate the central Foundation organization as the hub that delivers reusable platform capabilities, certified source data, controls, and services
• Ensure Gold data products are consistent and interoperable across domains, including shared business definitions, keys, master and reference data, and quality rules
• Maintain an integrated roadmap across Foundation and Gold portfolios, resolve cross-team dependencies, and align releases to business priorities
