Process Engineer responsible for sustaining daily activities related to automated optical inspection, supporting NPI activities, performing root cause analysis on failures, and handling technical support on process yield, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics or other related field
• 3-5 years' experience in automated optical inspection using Camtek Falcon and/or Eagle model or Ont To Dragonfly model
• Good command of statistics and proficiency in use of statistical tools (Minitab, JMP)
• Experience in Process and quality control / quality management system / process Audit
• Strong background in Pre-assembly project management and risk assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program
• Good communication skill in English both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities

• Sustain daily activities related to automated optical inspection or AOI
• Support NPI activities on AOI including review of NPI releases and safe launch data
• Perform root cause analysis on AOI failures from customer feedback and line issues
• Handle and provide technical support on process yield, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects
• Handle change management activities and documentations
• Process control assessment and revisions to improve robustness or reduce low-tech issues
• Define guidelines and spec revisions including update of work instructions, FMEA, control plans to comply with latest practice
• Support internal, certification and customer audits
