Role Overview
As Tax Accountant, you'll run India's direct and indirect tax compliance end to end, from monthly TDS and GST filings through the quarterly and annual return cycle and maintain the fixed asset register across our dual-book NetSuite environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deposit monthly TDS, validating section and rate at the point of invoice booking across the 194 series and Section 195
- File quarterly eTDS returns (26Q and 27Q) reconciled to the books and Form 27A, issue Forms 16A, and clear TRACES defaults through correction statements
- File GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B within statutory timelines and run the monthly GSTR-2B to books ITC reconciliation
- Apply Rule 42 and 43 reversals, Section 17(5) blocked credits and reverse charge on imported services
- Prepare quarterly advance tax computations and the supporting schedules for the corporate return and tax audit
Requirements & Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant qualification, or a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance with equivalent work experience
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience across direct and indirect taxation
- Working knowledge of TDS provisions across the 194 series and Section 195, and of GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and the annual return cycle
- Experience preparing schedules for tax audit, statutory audit and quarterly advance tax
- Hands-on ERP experience and strong Excel skills for reconciliation and high-volume data work
