Requirements & Eligibility
- Seven (7) or more years of relevant commercial contracts or legal operations experience
- Experience independently negotiating standardized commercial agreements within established templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and escalation frameworks
- Strong issue-spotting and escalation judgment
- Experience managing high-volume contract intake or legal queues
- Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent systems and process initiatives
- Ability to connect individual workstreams to broader business goals and measurable outcomes
- Experience developing practical, business-facing process documentation and enablement materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, accuracy, perseverance, and professional judgment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent coverage of Legal's contracting queues during U.S. West Coast hours
- Triage incoming requests, provide practical guidance within scope, identify the appropriate Legal or cross-functional owner, and keep matters moving efficiently
- Negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and similar standardized commercial agreements, using Outreach templates and approved fallback positions
- Coordinate with attorneys on complex agreements, non-standard positions, material deviations, and matters requiring legal judgment
- Support periods of increased volume, particularly at month-end and quarter-end
- Apply AI tools to improve intake, triage, issue identification, drafting, and negotiation workflows
- Own and continuously improve contracting processes, templates, playbooks, fallback positions, approval paths, and related documentation
- Develop clear, practical self-service documentation and enablement materials for Sales and other stakeholders
