Requirements & Eligibility
- 10+ years in billing or OTC operations in a complex, high-volume environment
- Deep expertise in invoicing systems, revenue workflows, and billing controls
- Working knowledge of B2B billing models including subscription, SaaS, gross settlement, financial services; along with familiarity around e-invoicing requirements for various global regions
- Experience evaluating billing impact of product or engineering changes
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate accounting processes to ensure financial statements meet local GAAP
- Monitor the accounting closing process and post journal entries for any required adjustments in the local ledger
- Support the organization in meeting local and global regulatory obligations
- Drive process control rigor to support quarterly certification on financials
- Oversee end-to-end global invoice generation, delivery, and reconciliation across merchant and partner billing segments
- Ensure seamless operational handoffs and consistent execution standards across US and India teams
- Serve as the senior point of contact for billing inquiries and escalations from business unit partners
- Leverage AI tools, including large language model-based analysis, to interrogate high-volume billing datasets
