Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & screening candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & other channels
- HR screening, interview coordination & candidate follow-ups
- Handling hiring drives, including weekend drives
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and supporting offer roll-outs
