Product Management at Pexcera

Role Overview

As an APM, you will work side-by-side with senior product leaders, designers, and engineers to turn user insights into shipping software. You will talk to students and creators, write crisp Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritize feature backlogs, analyze usage funnels in Mixpanel/PostHog, and run product release sprints.

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, detailed PRDs with user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case definitions.
Conduct user interviews and surveys to identify pain points and feature opportunities.
Analyze product metrics, retention funnels, and feature adoption using PostHog or Mixpanel.
Collaborate in daily engineering standups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning.
Run user acceptance testing (UAT) before major product releases to ensure high quality.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (2025/2026 batch)
Structured problem-solving ability and data-driven analytical mindset
Exceptional written and oral communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams
Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum)
Demonstrated product interest — teardown case study, product internship, or personal project build
