Requirements & Eligibility
- MD degree (any field)
- 4-6 years of Medical Affairs experience
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Experience with launch, oncology & vaccines
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug discovery, research & development, commercialization, promotion, and applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines
- Knowledge of “pharmaceutical medicine” including clinical pharmacology, medical and paramedical sciences, medicine and medical statistics and relevant Therapeutic Area/Products
- Understanding of clinical trial design, methodology, conduct and understanding of interfaces.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal (including medical writing and presentation skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement country medical plans for pipeline assets, aligned with global/regional strategy and local regulations.
- Deliver accurate, balanced scientific information to HCPs; support advisory boards, congresses, and educational initiatives.
- Coordinate local RWE, IITs, and post-marketing studies in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in medical readiness for new product launches, including KOL mapping, training, and medical content development.
- Partner with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure integrated execution of medical activities.
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials; ensure adherence to OPPI, CDSCO, and internal standards.
- Capture and communicate medical insights to inform strategy and content updates
