We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven engineers with strong fundamentals, curiosity and automation mindset in Network Operations, Automation, DevOps, and Infrastructure Monitoring to build a modern, automation-first Network Operations Center (NOC).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in automation of monitoring and operational workflows through basic scripting.
- Monitor network, systems, and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment using standard NOC tools.
- Detect, triage, and respond to alerts, incidents, and outages with defined SLAs.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting across network and system components.
- Maintain accurate incident records, RCA documentation, and network artefacts.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT / Electronics or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with relevant certifications can be considered)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching
