Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer (frontend-heavy) to design and deliver user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Python/Django, owning the entire journey from UX to launch and validation.

Requirements & Eligibility
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, setting up quality gates and safety nets
- Full-Stack Expertise: Approximately 70% front-end focused and 30% back-end focused
- Front-end Expertise: Strong expertise in React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS
- Exposure to back-end tech: Expertise in Python/Java/Node.js/Ruby/Ruby on Rails/PHP/Golang
- Understanding Architectural Patterns: Familiarity with key architectural concepts
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to solve challenges independently
- Communication Skills: Effective in English at a B2 level or higher
- Ownership: Responsibility for quality and outcomes of work
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-facing features using React and TypeScript
- Develop backend features using Python/Django
- Help improve codebase and workflows by applying practical best practices
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to ideate, test, and validate user-facing experiences
- Strike the right balance between fast delivery and long-term stability
- Set a high bar for code quality and teamwork, and help others grow
