Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI and conversational AI experiences across voice and digital channels, including chatbots, voice bots, and multi-modal agents
- Understanding of CCaaS platform capabilities and how AI solutions integrate into IVR, routing, and agent workflows
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications for agent desktop, supervisor dashboards, and admin consoles within the CCaaS platform
- Implement real-time UI updates for call/chat status, queue metrics, and agent presence using WebSockets or similar technologies
- Translate UX/UI designs (Figma/Sketch) into pixel-accurate, accessible, cross-browser compatible components
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
