Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ML and data workflows that use BigQuery, GCS, and related cloud services to support internal products and downstream consumers.
- Develop backend services, pipeline components, and shared libraries used by our agentic platform.
- Build and strengthen observability for production workflows, including monitoring, alerting, retry behavior, timeout handling, and operational diagnostics.
- Work closely with engineers and cross-functional partners to turn product requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in team operations, incident response, and on-call or support rotations as needed for shared production systems.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3+ years professional software engineering experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure in production environments.
- Strong in at least one programming language commonly used for backend or data systems such as Python.
- Experience working with SQL and data processing systems, and comfortable developing against warehouse-scale datasets.
- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration framework.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native data tooling, especially BigQuery, GCS, or similar managed storage and compute services.
