• Experience managing product features or products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and feature enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience prioritizing work using customer feedback, data, and business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including delivering product demonstrations.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own one or more product features and drive product execution from concept through delivery.
• Develop and maintain product development plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
• Represent assigned features within cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize customer issues and product defects using relevant data and customer insights.
• Support timely resolution of production issues and communicate priorities effectively.
• Lead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital and back-office platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
