Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE3) to join the Customer Data Platform team within the Identity & Trust organization to lead the design and delivery of cohesive features and product functionality owned by the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs
- Break down complex features into components that can be delivered in parallel
- Drive team-level projects from technical design through production readiness
- Guide application design decisions and promote long-term maintainability
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical debt and operational risks
- Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance
Requirements & Eligibility
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience using AI throughout the software development lifecycle
- Expertise in at least one backend language such as Java, Go, or Python
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and performant distributed systems
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience leading technical design for team-level initiatives
