R&D Project Coordinator
Overview
As an R&D Project Coordinator, you will ensure project outputs are complete, consistent, and fully aligned with quality system standards. You will drive the execution, tracking, and timely delivery of project documentation and deliverables across product development and design change processes.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in a directly related discipline and 3 years of relevant experience
- OR a Master's degree with 1 year of experience
- Familiarity with electronic document control systems and change control workflows
- Project management fundamentals such as resource and time estimation, schedule and risk management
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and track project deliverables according to Quality System processes, including scope definition, project plans, design specifications, and validation activities.
- Support project teams with planning, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate technical review meetings and proactively drive the completion of assigned action items.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants, to meet project timelines.
- Manage and maintain Design History Files (DHF) and direct change workflows via the Electronic Document Management System.
- Participate in developing and reviewing operating procedures, best practices, and technical documentation to ensure quality and consistency
